Synergy Site Features New Face Lift

Posted in News, Synergy Suggestions on 03.10.11 by John Meloche

As you may have noticed, the Synergy Marketing Consultants website has gone through yet another face lift. And this is our favourite one yet! There’s just something about the teal/turquoise look that this particular blogger just loves. And as always, sprucing things up to bring more buzz towards your business is something that Synergy not only preaches, but we practice!

This isn’t the first blog – and it certainly won’t be the last – about the concept of updating your website. As we have just demonstrated, a new look site can help convey that you are keeping up with the times and that you are on top of your game. Staying current, relevant and fresh are all things that you want your target customer base to know and feel about your brand.

Synergy’s new look website not only has a sweet new colour scheme but it now showcases an even easier-to-navigate toolbar system. Direct access to our various product pages, our Facebook and Twitter accounts as well as your basket and checkout are all clearly present on our home page. Not to mention our phone number, 1-877-748-9884, is prominently displayed for you to know how to call for any questions or to place orders.

It’s all about making the customer experience more enjoyable. And as with most consumers, this starts with a visit to a company website. This is why you should consider your website your first impression. It is likely the spot that most of your customers will visit first. So why not have it properly maintained on a regular basis?

On Centric.com, a blogger known only as Jason, writes of the various reasons why business owners should consider revamping their websites. The first reason, he mentions, has to do with your website not necessarily reflecting who you are. It’s important to communicate that if your company is evovling, your website should as well.

Writes Jason: “Your website is the first extended contact that most of your prospective customers will have with you. If it’s not communicating your core messages, showing customers how you are different (and better) than the competition, and reflecting the best of what you do, you’re losing opportunities.”

You don’t want to have to explain to your customers that your site doesn’t really reflect what you do as a company. So be sure that your website is the first thing to be updated when there is a change to be communicated about your business. We’ll take a look at a few more reasons to revamp your website in tomorrow’s blog.
